Email Vouchers

Emailed vouchers are sent out 24/7, every day of the year. A purchase confirmation email will be sent, followed by a second email with a link to a pdf of the voucher to download. If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam or promotions folders. If you still cannot see the emails, please contact us and we will assist.

Terms and Conditions - Ticket Purchase

Payment is taken at time of booking. Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Tickets are issued by email only. You are responsible for notifying us if you do not receive the ticket by email. If an event is cancelled, or there are substantial changes to the event as advertised, we will notify you beforehand and may offer an alternative or a refund. Refunds exclude processing costs and will be credited to the card used for the original transaction.
